5-Minute Reiki Virtual Session Cancellation Policy
By booking a 5-Minute Reiki Virtual Session, you agree to the following cancellation policy:
Booking Policy
All 5-Minute Reiki Virtual Sessions must be booked in advance and paid in full at the time of scheduling to reserve your session.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the energetic preparation and limited availability of each session, all bookings are final.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session are non-refundable
No-shows are non-refundable
Missed sessions will not be rescheduled without a new booking
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your session one time with at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment.
Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your session may not be honored
Only one reschedule is permitted per booking
Rescheduled appointments must be used within 14 days of the original booking date
Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your virtual session. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your session may be canceled and considered a no-show.
Refund Policy
Because Reiki is an energetic service and time is reserved specifically for you, refunds are not offered once a session is booked.
Refunds will only be considered in the rare event that the practitioner must cancel and is unable to reschedule.
